The Century Foundation’s Prospect for Peace Initiative hosted a luncheon entitled “Settlements, Security and Spin: What Israel Can Do in the West Bank” with legal authority Talia Sasson, Prime Minister Sharon’s special adviser on unauthorized outposts in the West Bank from August 2004 to March 2005 and the author of the Sasson Report, and Brigadier General (Ret.) Ilan Paz, head of the Israeli Civilian Administration in the West bank from 2003 to 2005 and formerly Commander of the IDF West Bank Territorial Divisions and Deputy Commander of the Navy SEALs. The conversation was moderated by Daniel Levy, director of the Prospects for Peace Initiative and senior fellow at The Century Foundation and New America Foundation.
